SILENCE The Need To Record

I guess by typing this, I’m actually validating my need to record, but hear me out:

I’m going to need to record all the time anyway. So what changes when I record than I need to record? Nothing.

So stop being silly, and start doing. Let your actions/work/code speak for who you are.

Of course, there will be times when I need to record, such as version control for a project or a deadline for a feature.

Always remember: Your main purpose is not to record, but to do. Task #1 is not to provide insight into JK’s mind, but to show what JK’s mind is capable of.

Silence the screams for meta.

  1. Did you post something last night? I logged into my Google Reader and it claimed that I had 2 updates but no unread items. The two updates were listed on the left under your blog, but there was nothing new to read. I'm wondering if you posted and unpublished something, Google Reader picked it up, and the left hand column (the list of blogs) cached the "new" count.

  2. Well, you’re better about posting than I am. I see you really do have one up now. I’m toying with a few. I should get around to one; writing would be good for me.

  3. I know, right? Me posting something… must be a bug…

But seriously, Google Reader likes to bug out sometimes. Hopefully,
    it'll all work out eventually…
