Welcome to the homepage of the Advanced Processing and Circuits Group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

The group is affiliated with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and is located in the Micro and Nanotechnology Lab. We are engaged in the development of high-quality devices and circuits on a variety of substrates including GaN, InP, as well as Si. Researchers are constantly working on the layout, processing, and testing of HEMTs, along with other novel devices.
