The following manure plan web pages are information for Illinois livestock producers and agri-business people who are developing manure management plans. In Illinois, there are 3 different manure management plans that a livestock facility might be required to have. University of Illinois Extension has worked with Illinois Department of Agriculture, Illinois National Resource Conservation Service, and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to develop one workbook of forms and instructions that if completed, will comply with the requirements of all 3 agencies.
